Health is a basic necessity for all. It is a primary responsibility to provide qualitative public health to needy persons and in interior village. World health organization advocated for Health for all in 2000. India firstly formulated National Health Policy in 1983. in order to fulfill the aim it considered child mortality, mother and impregnation mortality for necessity of development.
